My Role
I'm the lead UX for this project. I have headed this project with BAs and Product managers.
Problem
A platform that businesses can use to handle various aspects of training and development for their employees, specifically focusing on the courses they opt for

Manage employees data & course progress manually
Companies has to collect data from the respective managers that how their employees are progressing through the course
Data is been collected through google sheets & Docs
Unavailability of users is major concern
Manager has to regularly ask their employees to complete their course on time

Design sprints was divided in phases. Discussion was between Product Manager & Business analyst. The purpose of these sprints is to align everyone on the same goal. To improve our Enterprise module experience.

Enterprise Learning Dashboard – UI Snapshots
Designed comprehensive dashboards for enterprise clients to monitor employee learning progress.
Included modules to track skill development, assessment scores, sub-skill breakdowns, and learning engagement over time.
Enabled HR and L&D teams to view individual learner profiles, course activity, and skill progression at a glance.
Ensured data-rich yet intuitive UI for both macro (organization-level) and micro (individual-level) insights.

Admin Workflows – User Management & Access Control
Beyond tracking learner progress, enterprise admins needed efficient ways to manage users, control access, and onboard learners in bulk — all with minimal friction and maximum visibility.

After a successful launch of Enterprise module, we continuously monitored to see the if the current flow is complimenting and to see if we can plan V2 for the same.
